Memorial Day

Here are some new pictures of Connor.  Since I've gone back to work, I've left it up to Ben make sure to caputre Connor's more photogenic moments during the day.  We have all enjoyed a nice Holiday weekend that was filled with lots of yard work and a few BBQs.  As Connor's three month mark is quickly approaching, we're getting excited to take him out and about a bit more.  We were bold enough to take him to his first sushi dinner on Saturday night, and I'm happy to report that Connor behaved like a gentleman!

We've been working hard to establish a routine before bedtime to help Connor know that it's time to sleep.  A bath has become an important element of that routine..you can see how much he enjoys it!

My First Mother's Day

My first Mother's Day was absolutely amazing!  Connor had a few surprises in store for me, and we all shared a very special day together.  Tomorrow is my last day of maternity leave, so I'm trying to squeeze in every second with my two boys that I can.  As you can see from the pictures, Connor continues to grow and he's become much more alert in the past week or so.    

This week Connor had his two month check up.  Doctor Mary said that he is a very healthy boy, and he received his first round of immunizations.  While I think the nurse could have been a bit more delicate, Connor was very brave.  The picture below shows his first band aids.

I'm going to miss my afternoon naps with Connor and Cam!
